§ 1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Agreement
You agree to the following terms and conditions when you become a customer and enter into a contract for the purchase of goods from Neckwear Sweden AB (556882-4063).
1.2 Minors
Neckwear Sweden AB only enter into contracts with adults over 18 years. If the person is a minor, parental permission is required for purchases.
1.3 Prices
All our prices include VAT (sales tax). If the rate of VAT changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. We make reservation for possible incorrect pricing, which could result in the cancellation of orders.
§ 2. DELIVERY
2.1 Royal Mail £2.99.00 - Free over £39.00
Traceable package, delivery time 4-6 weekdays. Delivered directly to your mailbox. If the package is to big to fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your closest post office. Orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped the same day.
2.2 UPS Express Saver Access Point: 1-3 weekdays: £12.99
Delivery to the nearest UPS Access Point. Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday are sent the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. No delivery takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. Tracking information is received via email. This shipping method is not refundable upon return.
2.3 UPS Express Saver Home Delivery: 1-3 weekdays: £14.99
Delivery to your home address or workplace. Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday are sent the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. No delivery takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. Tracking information is received via email. This shipping method is not refundable upon return.
2.4 Delivery rejected
If you do not pick up your package or decline to accept the delivery, you will be subject to a fee of £20.00.
§ 3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
3.1 How do I return a purchase?
Mark the item on your order confirmation that you want to return. Put the order confirmation in the package with the item. Use the shiping method of your choice. We manage your return or exchange the same day we receive it.
3.2 How much does it cost to return a purchase?
You are responsible for the shipping cost of a return. For shipping rates visit Royal Mail´s website or contact their customer support.
3.3 Cooling-off period 100 days
If you are not happy we will refund you if your return the products within 100 days, regardless of the reason. Otherwise we will help you exchange for another item that you like more.
3.4 Exchange
If you want to exchange your item(s) we recommend you to return your item(s) to us and then make a new order of your desired item.
3.5 Refund
All returns will be forwarded to our address in Sweden. The same day we receive your return, we refund your money into your account.
3.6 The right to return
In order to be valid for return, the product must be unused. The customer can examine the product, but it should be essentially unchanged. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Handling of returns can take up to three weeks.
§ 4. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
4.1 Complaints
If there is a problem with the product, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one. If you want to complain about a product, please register the claim online or contact our customer service. Please have your order number at hand so that we can help you as quickly as possible. We pay for all return and shipping costs for faulty products. We follow the Consumer Complaints Board’s recommendations and guidelines.
4.2 Warranty
We offer a 3 year warranty on all products. This is valid for all products in our range.

5.1 GDPR
When you shop on our website we will need to store some of your personal data. You have the right to access this data or to have it erased.
